SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship domestically. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Please allow up to 10-14 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery (pending destination and delivery service selected).
We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS or UPS.
A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to USPS or UPS.
We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.
Once an order has been placed we cannot cancel an order. Please double check your size and address prior to placing order.
RETURNS // REFUNDS // EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges and / or returns. To uphold responsibilities for safety and sanitation, all items are final sale.

We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your email.
We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system.
We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.
Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void.
*Please make sure you input your correct address. If order is sent back to us due to an incorrect address you are responsible to repay the shipping cost*

LIMITS ON PURCHASING
We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right to limit or cancel orders which we deem, at our sole discretion, to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We also reserve the right to cease doing business with those customers violating this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy applies to all purchases made at our retail stores and on our online store.
